After stitching operations before washing we are making some dry processes such as brushing, pinning. To increasing contrasts of these effects we are applying the chemicals with special guns or brushes. We call this process chemical spray or chemical brushing.

This is the process which is making to achieve local used effect on the woven products with special sand papers.We can also use some special brushes to obtain this effect.

We are making this operation on hip area. Logic of this operation is giving the horizontal and angular lines

With using special chemicals we are creating permanent 3D effect on the garments. In this process curutial point of process is polymerization of the chemical in high temperature oven.If you couldn’t make properly this process garments loose the strength and can tear while wearing.

This treatment is made to achieve different hand feel effect and shiny look on the garments especially like raw garments. Also in this process like 3D effect crucial point is polymerization process.  

This process is made before the wet processes. In this process we are using special pins to fold the garments with special techniques. After washing we are taking out the pins and the places between the folded areas remain darker. With this process we achieve the contrast effect on the garments.
